WHO WE ARE
Waythrough’s employment services have been providing employment support to individuals across Bristol, Swindon and Wiltshire for over 25 years with a variety of different mental health employment services.
More recently we have specialised in Individual Placement & Support (IPS) Employment Services.
We believe in making mental health support and recovery available to every individual.
With staff located across Bristol, North Somerset, Swindon, Wiltshire and Hampshire ready to meet with you in the community, we have accessible support available to all.
WHAT IS IPS?
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) offers intensive, individually tailored support to help people to choose and find the right job, with ongoing support for the employer and employee to help ensure the person keeps their job.
WHO WE CAN HELP
If you are 18 or over, live in one of the areas outlined below, and are currently experiencing mental ill health then we can support you, even if this has not been medically diagnosed. We also support individuals who live with hidden disabilities such as Autism, Asperger’s and ADHD.
